Etched Dimensions is a small independent maker specialising in personalised 3D K9 crystal keepsakes. Every photograph is prepared individually, every crystal is engraved in-house, and every finished piece is carefully inspected before being placed in its gift box.
Once we approve your photograph and you confirm any wording, we send you a secure PayPal payment link. Your crystal is normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment has cleared.
Your photograph is used only to prepare and complete your order. It will never be published or shared without your permission and can be deleted once your order is complete.

From idea to finished piece
Send your original high-resolution photo, name, wording or rough idea, and choose Classic, Modern, Script or Bold for any message. The image must be clear and sharp for a good engraving.
We assess whether your photograph has enough quality and detail for engraving. We’ll confirm when we approve it or ask you for a different image.
Once we approve your photograph and you confirm any names, dates and wording, we send you a secure PayPal payment link. After payment clears, your crystal is engraved, checked, gift boxed and normally dispatched within 3–5 working days.

The one price of £74.94 includes a personalised 50 × 50 × 80 mm K9 crystal with a 3D inner engraving, a fitted gift box, the LED base matched to the orientation that best suits your photograph and UK delivery.
We check whether your photograph is suitable and tell you when we approve it. If it is unsuitable, we ask for another image. Before payment, you must carefully confirm the photograph and the exact spelling of all names, dates and wording. We then send you a secure PayPal payment link. Engraving begins after payment has cleared.
Your order is normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after we approve the photograph, you confirm the personal details and payment has cleared. We confirm the expected dispatch date before sending your PayPal payment link. UK delivery is included, and the customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you change your mind before engraving begins, contact us immediately. Because each crystal is made using your supplied photograph and confirmed personal details, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not normally accepted after engraving has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is damaged, faulty or not as described; please contact us promptly with photographs of the problem.

To prepare and fulfil an order, we may use your name, contact details, delivery address, photograph, chosen wording, confirmation of your personal details and payment confirmation. PayPal processes your card or account payment details separately; Etched Dimensions does not receive your full card information.
Your information is used only to assess the photograph, prepare the design, communicate with you, make and deliver the order, resolve problems and keep necessary business records. Delivery details are shared only with the postal or delivery provider used for your order.
Your photograph and finished crystal will not be published or used for advertising without your permission. Customer photographs and working design files are normally deleted within 30 days after the order is completed, unless you ask us to retain them or give permission for a finished example to be shown.
Order and transaction records may be kept for the period required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. To ask about your information or request deletion where applicable, email etcheddimensions@gmail.com.
